>I'm installing software to remove all DRM files on a plethora of M4A/WMA files. (Yes, I know the WMA files will have to be converted altogether)
>Furthermore and most importantly, will iTunes allow these files to sync on to an iPod once said DRM files are removed?
>Will iTunes have to be reloaded, or at least would it help?
For audio format, iTunes supports .m4a, .m4b, .m4p and .mp3 files.
For video format, iTunes supports .m4v, .mov and .mp4 files.
So iTunes can recognize M4A files if the DRM's have been removed.
Here is a page show you the common Audio & Video Terms. Hope it helps.
