you go into the application you originally installed it with and there is a folder called "Remove.app" and that's how you do it! thats the only way to get rid of every bit and piece of the stupid software!!

When converting DVD to other video formats, the preview window may show incorrectly, but never mind, the converted video has no any problems. It's just a problem of refreshing.

Because we do not use hardware acceleration technology in the software, so the sound may not abnormal if your computer's hardwares are not good enough. But never mind, although the sound problem, the converted video has no problem.

like the others said before me handbrake is good only when you are converting the files from a DVD back to some type of video format. So what you need are two programs one that rips the files from the DVD then another that puts those files back into different video formats.

So I would recommend downloading MactheRipper (to rip the files) and Handbrake (to put the files back in video format) and both are free.

You need a DVD recorder. You can just connect the coaxial output of the VHS player to the coaxial input of the DVD recorder (with a short coaxial cable), but you might get better results if your VHS player and DVD recorder has the dedicated audio and video outputs/inputs.
